Job Description

We're looking for a Video Content Creator(Shoot+Edit), someone who can shoot, edit, and craft story-driven content for Reels, YouTube, WhatsApp, and social ads.

You don't need to be a technician -- you need to be a creator. If you can find stories in walls and emotions in testimonials, we want you.

Key Responsibilities

Shoot project walkthroughs, testimonial videos, and behind-the-scenes footage on-site Edit videos for: Instagram Reels YouTube (both short and long-form) WhatsApp promos Social ad creatives (for Facebook/Instagram -- bonus) Add music, text, transitions, motion graphics, and other elements to elevate content Focus on emotion-led storytelling in real estate -- not just technical specifications Brainstorm fresh content ideas aligned with project launches, site visits, and customer journeys Stay updated with current social media formats and content trends

Preferred Experience

Creating short ad-style Reels (real estate, product, or service-based) Producing YouTube videos with strong hook and retention beyond 30 seconds Applying hook-based storytelling and effective CTA placement Writing or improvising voiceover scripts and subtitles

Ideal Candidate Profile

Creative with a strong visual sense (self-taught or professionally trained) Passionate about video storytelling -- not just editing Comfortable directing people on camera (clients, teams, vendors) Familiar with DSLR/mirrorless cameras, stabilizers, and microphones Skilled in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, or preferred editing tools Proven experience producing Reels, YouTube videos, or vlogs that engage audiences
