Video Content Creator (Videographer + Editor)

We're looking for a Video Content Creator who loves social media and wants to build a real career creating videos that people actually watch and ads that actually work.

This is not a boring editing job.You'll be shooting, editing, experimenting, and learning how to turn simple footage into scroll-stopping Reels, Stories, and high-converting Meta ads.

If you love Instagram, YouTube, podcasts, or short-form content and want to grow into a performance-focused video creator, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

You'll work with our marketing team to create content that entertains and sells:

Shoot & edit Instagram Reels, Stories, Feed ads Create UGC-style videos, testimonials, podcast clips & product videos Edit high-retention short videos (hooks, captions, fast pacing) Repurpose long-form videos & podcasts into viral-style short clips Create multiple ad versions to test what works best Learn how to improve videos using real ad performance data
Who Can Apply

You don't need years of experience -- you just need skill, curiosity, and passion.

You should have:

0-1 year experience (Freshers welcome!) A video portfolio (Reels, ads, YouTube, Instagram, etc.) Basic understanding of: Shooting natural-looking videos (UGC style) Recording clean audio Editing videos that hold attention
You're comfortable using:

Premiere Pro / CapCut / DaVinci Resolve / Final Cut
