The Video Content Creator is responsible for planning, shooting, and editing engaging video content that highlights the hospital's services, patient stories, doctor interviews, awareness campaigns, and social media promotions. The role supports the hospital's mission to educate the public, build brand trust, and enhance digital presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, script, and produce high-quality video content for social media, website, and internal communication.
Capture footage within the hospital premises -- including patient testimonials (with consent), doctor interviews, eye care awareness talks, and events.
Edit videos using professional software to create polished, engaging, and informative output.
Manage and upload content on social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) regularly.
Collaborate with doctors, departments, and the marketing team to develop creative ideas for campaigns.
Ensure all content aligns with hospital branding, ethics, and patient privacy guidelines.
Maintain video equipment and ensure proper lighting, sound, and setup during shoots.
Stay updated with social media trends, healthcare communication styles, and new video formats (Reels, Shorts, etc.).
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in video shooting and editing (portfolio preferred).
Proficiency in tools
Knowledge of social media marketing and video analytics.
Strong creative storytelling and visual sense.
Ability to handle projects independently and meet deadlines.
