Role Purpose
As our Video Content Creator, you will be the visual voice of our clients. You are a "preditor" (Producer + Editor) who can conceptualize a high-converting ad, film it with professional gear, and edit it into a high-energy masterpiece. You understand that in digital marketing, a video shouldn't just look "pretty"- it needs to stop the scroll and drive action.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Production (The Capture)
On-Set Execution:
Lead all aspects of filming, including camera operation, 3-point lighting setups, and high-quality audio recording.
Directing:
Guide clients and influencers on-set to ensure comfortable, authentic performances.
Gear Management:
Maintain and prep all agency equipment (cameras, gimbals, drones, and microphones).
2. Post-Production (The Narrative)
Video Editing:
Craft compelling stories using Adobe Premiere Pro, focusing on pacing, rhythm, and flow.
Motion Graphics:
Create engaging text overlays, captions, and 2D animations in After Effects to emphasize key marketing hooks.
Sound Design:
Select trending audio tracks and perform sound mixing to ensure professional-grade audio.
Color Grading:
Apply consistent color correction to maintain brand identity across different environments.
3. Strategy & Optimization
Platform Mastery:
Tailor content for specific platforms (TikTok, Reels, YouTube, LinkedIn), ensuring correct aspect ratios and safe zones.
Trend Analysis:
Keep a pulse on viral trends and "lo-fi" aesthetic shifts to keep client content relevant.
Performance Iteration:
Analyze video retention data and heatmaps to adjust editing styles for better conversion.
Speed & Agility:
Ability to turn around "fast-content" (Reels/TikToks) within 24-48 hours.
Visual Storytelling:
Ability to take a boring brief and turn it into a visually stimulating narrative.
Detail Oriented:
An eye for the "small things"--cleaning up background clutter in shots or fixing a frame-perfect audio pop.
Roles & Responsibilities
Production:
Lead end-to-end filming, including camera operation, studio lighting, and audio capture.
Editing:
Cut high-energy video content with advanced motion graphics and transitions.
Strategy:
Design "scroll-stopping" hooks and CTAs specifically for social media performance.
Optimization:
Format and version videos for various platforms (Reels, YouTube, Ads).
Collaboration:
Work with creative teams to translate brand briefs into visual narratives.
AI Integration:
Use AI tools to automate captions, upscale footage, and streamline workflows.
Maintenance:
Manage and organize all camera gear and digital project archives.
