Video Content Creator & Editor

who enjoys both field production and creative post-production. If storytelling excites you and you're eager to build impactful video content across digital platforms, we'd love to meet you!

Key ResponsibilitiesOn-Site Production - South Kolkata (Tollygunge area)

Shoot high-quality video content in studio and outdoor environments. Manage complete production setup including camera operation, lighting, and audio recording. Capture visually engaging shots with proper framing and crisp audio. Film multiple content formats such as interviews, reels, vlogs, product shoots, documentary-style videos, promo content, and podcasts.

Post-Production - Hybrid / Work from Home

Edit raw footage into polished and impactful videos using tools such as

Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve

. Add music, transitions, motion graphics, titles, lower-thirds, sound effects, and perform color correction/grading. Adapt videos for social media formats for

Instagram Reels, YouTube, Facebook & other platforms

.

Creative Ideation & Collaboration

Collaborate with design, marketing, and content teams to translate concepts into visual output. Contribute innovative ideas to elevate content quality and brand storytelling. Work proactively and accept feedback constructively.

What We're Looking For

Minimum

6 months of experience

in video filming & editing. Hands-on knowledge of

cameras, lighting setup, and audio equipment

. Strong understanding of video editing workflows and creative tools. A

portfolio or showreel

demonstrating previous work. Creative mindset with attention to detail and time management. Willingness to travel to

Tollygunge 2-3 days per week

. Good communication skills,

fluency in English

preferred.

(On-site shoot days in Tollygunge + Remote editing days)

Salary Range

?15,000 - ?18,000 per month
