Job Title: Video Calling Auditor- ATM Cash Verification (South Indian Languages)

About the Role

We are looking for energetic and confident freshers with excellent communication skills in

South Indian languages (Tamil / Telugu / Kannada / Malayalam)

to join our team for ATM cash verification through video calling. The role involves interacting with field staff and verifying ATM transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct

video call-based cash verification

of ATMs with field staff. Accurately verify and record ATM cash details during calls. Ensure compliance with company procedures and guidelines during verification. Communicate effectively in regional languages (Tamil / Telugu / Kannada / Malayalam) as per requirement. Escalate discrepancies or irregularities to the supervisor/team lead. Maintain logs and prepare reports of daily verification activities.

Required Skills & Competencies

Languages:

Proficiency in at least one South Indian language (Tamil / Telugu / Kannada / Malayalam). Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, Data Entry). Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines. Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: Graduate (Freshers welcome). Age: 18 - 26 years. Comfortable working in rotational shifts (if required).
