About the Role

We are looking for a

dynamic and confident Real Estate Anchor / Video Anchor

to represent our brand on camera. The ideal candidate should have

excellent communication skills in Punjabi, Hindi, and English

, a strong on-screen presence, and a good understanding of the

real estate industry

.

Key Responsibilities

Host and present

real estate project videos

, property tours, and promotional content. Shoot

video content

for social media, YouTube, and other digital platforms. Explain property features, benefits, and USPs in a

clear and engaging manner

. Coordinate with the

marketing and sales teams

to understand project details. Participate in

live sessions, events, and client-facing presentations

, if required. Maintain a

professional, confident, and appealing on-screen personality

.
Requirements

Good communication skills in

Punjabi, Hindi, and English

.

Pleasing personality and good on-camera presence.

Basic to good

knowledge of real estate

(residential/commercial projects, locations, etc.). Comfortable facing the camera and speaking fluently without hesitation. Prior experience as an

anchor, presenter, model, or content creator

will be an added advantage. Strong

confidence, body language, and presentation skills
