Install, configure, and maintain ViciDial servers and clusters.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot errors, and apply updates/patches.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity.
Ensure uptime, security, and smooth operations of call center systems.
Requirements
Minimum
2 years of ViciDial installation and administration experience.
Strong knowledge of Linux server administration.
Hands-on experience with Asterisk PBX.
Proficiency in MySQL/MariaDB database management.
Strong skills in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).
Familiarity with VoIP, SIP, and networking concepts.
Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues quickly.
