Assist in curriculum planning and implementation.
Coordinate timetables, exam schedules, substitution plans, and class arrangements.
Monitor syllabus completion and academic progress.
Support teachers in lesson planning, assessments, and academic documentation.
B. Teacher Support & Training
Organise teacher orientation, training sessions, and workshops.
Provide support to new teachers and ensure teaching standards are met.
Conduct classroom observations and provide constructive feedback.
C. Student Support
Oversee student attendance, discipline, and academic performance reports.
Support students needing guidance or academic assistance.
Coordinate with school counsellors for addressing behavioural or learning issues.
D. Event & Activity Management
Plan and coordinate school events, annual day, competitions, assemblies, and celebrations.
Ensure timely communication and proper execution of events.
E. Communication & Reporting
Serve as a point of contact between management, teachers, and parents.
Prepare academic reports, meeting notes, and schedules.
Handle parent queries and maintain communication logs.
F. Administrative Duties
Ensure proper record keeping (attendance, assessments, circulars, notices).
Support compliance with school policies and safety guidelines.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's/Master's degree (preferably in Education).
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Ability to multitask, lead and guide teachers.
Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, or school ERP systems.
