Support the Principal in planning and implementing the school's academic vision in line with CBSE norms.
Supervise curriculum delivery, lesson planning, and teaching standards.
Ensure timely completion of syllabus, examinations, and result analysis.
Monitor classroom teaching, provide feedback, and arrange teacher training programs.
School Administration
Assist in day-to-day school management, including timetabling, duty allocations, and activity schedules.
Ensure compliance with CBSE regulations, school policies, and statutory requirements.
Oversee admissions, examinations, and academic records.
Coordinate with different departments for smooth operations.
Student Development & Discipline
Maintain discipline and a safe learning environment across the school.
Guide students in academics, behavior, and extracurricular activities.
Address student concerns, grievances, and ensure pastoral care.
Staff Supervision & Development
Assist in recruitment, induction, and appraisal of teaching and non-teaching staff.
Organize professional development workshops for teachers.
Motivate and mentor staff to achieve excellence.
Parent & Community Engagement
Conduct parent meetings, communicate school policies, and resolve concerns.
Represent the school at CBSE and community events.
Leadership & Reporting
Act as the Principal in his/her absence.
Regularly report on academic and administrative performance to the Principal and management.
Contribute to strategic planning for school growth and improvement.
