Role Overview

We are looking for a committed and visionary

Vice Principal

to support the Principal in providing academic and administrative leadership. The Vice Principal will oversee

curriculum delivery, faculty management, student discipline, and academic planning

, while ensuring the school's culture of excellence and holistic education.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the

Principal

in day-to-day school leadership, strategy, and decision-making. Supervise

teaching staff

: mentoring, training, performance reviews, and lesson planning oversight. Lead

curriculum implementation

as per CISCE (ICSE/ISC) requirements. Coordinate

academic programs, examinations, and results analysis

. Monitor

student discipline, attendance, and well-being

in collaboration with teachers and hostel wardens. Build strong

parent engagement and communication systems

. Support

teacher recruitment, orientation, and professional development

. Ensure

compliance with CISCE norms

, inspections, and quality benchmarks. Collaborate with the Administrator on

operations, budgeting, and school events

. Step in as Acting Principal during absences.
Qualifications

Master's degree

in Education/Science/Arts/Management (B.Ed mandatory). Minimum

8-10 years of teaching experience

with at least

3-5 years in leadership/coordination

(Vice Principal, Head of Department, or similar). Strong

knowledge of ICSE/ISC curriculum

and academic management. Excellent

leadership, communication, and organizational

skills. Fluent in

English

(spoken & written);

basic Kannada or Telugu

preferred for local coordination. Experience in

faculty training, school inspections, and academic audits

. Exposure to

residential school systems

is a strong plus.
