We are looking for a dynamic and experienced
Vice Principal
to assist in leading the school's academic, administrative, and co-curricular operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in educational leadership, staff management, and student development, ensuring that high standards of teaching, learning, and discipline are maintained across the institution.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Principal in the overall administration and smooth functioning of the school.
Supervise and guide teachers in lesson planning, classroom management, and pedagogy.
Monitor academic performance and ensure curriculum implementation as per standards.
Conduct regular classroom observations and teacher evaluations.
Manage timetables, assessments, and examination schedules.
Oversee student discipline, attendance, and welfare programs.
Coordinate with parents, staff, and management to maintain strong communication and collaboration.
Organize and supervise school events, assemblies, and extracurricular activities.
Support teacher recruitment, training, and professional development.
Handle administrative duties in the absence of the Principal.

Deep understanding of educational best practices and CBSE/State Board standards.
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
