. The ideal candidate will support the Principal in overseeing academic operations, student discipline, staff coordination, and overall school administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Principal in day-to-day academic and administrative functions.
Supervise and mentor teaching and non-teaching staff.
Ensure effective curriculum implementation and academic excellence.
Manage student discipline and welfare.
Oversee timetables, schedules, and examination coordination.
Act as the point of contact in the absence of the Principal.
Liaise with parents and address concerns in a professional manner.
Support in staff recruitment, training, and performance reviews.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Master's Degree in Education or related field (preferred).
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a leadership role in a reputed school.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Leadership, decision-making, and conflict-resolution abilities.
