Administrative Leadership

Assist the Principal in the overall management and administration of the school. Develop and implement school policies, rules, and procedures. Oversee scheduling, staff assignments, and classroom coverage. Manage school operations, including logistics, maintenance, and security. Handle budget management and resource allocation in collaboration with the Principal.

Academic Oversight

Monitor and support curriculum implementation and academic standards. Evaluate teaching methods and educational outcomes to ensure quality instruction. Lead initiatives to improve student performance and academic achievement. Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies.

Student Discipline and Support

Enforce the school's code of conduct and manage disciplinary issues. Mediate conflicts involving students, teachers, or parents. Oversee attendance, tardiness, and behavioral records. Support student services, including counseling and extracurricular activities.

Staff Supervision and Development

Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to teachers and support staff. Organize and oversee professional development programs for faculty. Conduct staff evaluations and provide constructive feedback. Participate in hiring, onboarding, and retention of school staff.

Parent and Community Engagement

Maintain effective communication with parents regarding student progress and school activities. Organize parent-teacher meetings, open houses, and community outreach programs. Foster a positive relationship between the school and the surrounding community.

Crisis Management

Respond to emergencies and ensure student and staff safety. Develop and implement emergency preparedness plans. Serve as acting Principal in the absence of the Principal.

Data-Driven Decision Making

Analyze school data related to academic performance, attendance, and behavior to inform strategies. Use insights to create actionable plans for school improvement.

Key Skills and Competencies



Strong leadership and organizational skills. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in conflict resolution and problem-solving. In-depth knowledge of educational policies, laws, and regulations. Ability to foster a collaborative and inclusive school culture.

Qualifications



A Master's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field. Valid teaching certification and administrative credential (as required by the region). Several years of teaching experience, with some experience in a leadership role preferred.
