Supervise teachers and ensure

Monitor student discipline, performance, and wellbeing Coordinate examinations, assessments, and academic schedules Communicate effectively with

parents, staff, and management

Support implementation of school policies and educational initiatives

Skills Required

Excellent leadership and organizational skills Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to motivate teachers and students Proficiency in school management systems and basic computer skills
