We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Vice Principal to join our educational leadership team. Duties
Assist in the development and implementation of curriculum that meets educational standards and student needs.
Participate in strategic planning initiatives to enhance school performance and student outcomes.
Oversee budgeting processes to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
Engage in fundraising activities to support school programs and initiatives.
Provide senior leadership by mentoring staff and promoting professional development opportunities.
Supervise teaching staff and support their instructional practices through observation and feedback.
Manage day-to-day operations of the school, ensuring a safe and productive environment for students and staff.
Collaborate with teachers to develop effective classroom management strategies.
Conduct public speaking engagements to represent the school at community events and meetings.
Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and community stakeholders.
Experience
Proven experience in education administration with a strong background in curriculum development.
Demonstrated senior leadership experience within an educational setting.
Management experience that includes supervising teaching staff and supporting their professional growth.
Classroom experience with a deep understanding of effective teaching practices.
Experience working directly with students to promote engagement and success.
Strong public speaking skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
