Qualifications:

A Master's degree in Education or a relevant field. Minimum years of experience in educational leadership, with at least 5 years in a senior administrative role. Strong understanding of the Matriculation education system and curriculum. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to lead a team effectively and inspire confidence among students, staff, and parents. A passion for nurturing the academic, personal, and social growth of students. Experience in managing school operations and budget planning. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.

Desired Skills:

Ability to manage conflict and resolve issues with a calm and diplomatic approach. Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
