Provide academic leadership with primary responsibility for planning, implementation, and monitoring of the school's academic programs.
Ensure high standards of teaching-learning processes, curriculum delivery, assessment, and academic outcomes.
Lead, mentor, and evaluate teaching staff.
Coordinate academic planning, timetables, examinations, result analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Perform key administrative functions, including coordination with the Principal, management of academic records, and inter-departmental collaboration.
Eligibility Requirements:
Postgraduate degree in Science (preferred) with a strong academic record.
Minimum 10 years of teaching experience, including leadership or senior academic roles.
Proven experience in academic administration and institutional management.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
