Vice Principal

Position Summary

The Vice Principal will assist the Principal in managing the academic and administrative functions of the school. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the

CBSE curriculum

, a passion for education, and the ability to lead, mentor, and motivate staff and students alike.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Principal in planning and executing the school's academic and operational strategy. Take up Principal's role during Principal Absence Ensure effective implementation and monitoring of the

CBSE curriculum

across all grades. Supervise, evaluate, and mentor teaching and support staff. Maintain discipline and promote a positive school culture and learning environment. Coordinate assessments, examinations, and academic reports. Organize and manage staff meetings, training programs, and school events. Build strong relationships with parents and the wider school community. Step in as Acting Principal when required.

Qualifications & Experience

Master's Degree in Education or related field (B.Ed./M.Ed. is mandatory). Minimum 7 years of teaching experience, including 2-3 years in a leadership role in a CBSE school. In-depth understanding of CBSE norms, assessment patterns, and academic frameworks. Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. Tech-savvy and experienced in using school ERP and digital platforms.
