We are looking for a dedicated and experienced

Vice Principal

to join our leadership team and support the Principal in driving our vision for excellence in education.

Location -Panchkula, Haryana

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Principal in academic planning, curriculum implementation, and school administration. Monitor and enhance teaching and learning practices in line with CBSE norms and global standards. Lead and mentor faculty, coordinate staff development programs, and ensure high academic standards. Oversee student discipline, safety, and behavioral programs. Build strong communication channels with parents, staff, and the school management. Help organize school events, examinations, and co-curricular activities. Ensure compliance with CBSE regulations and school policies.

Qualifications and Experience:

Master's Degree in Education or relevant field (M.Ed./B.Ed. mandatory). Minimum 8-10 years of teaching experience, with at least 3-5 years in an academic leadership role. Thorough knowledge of the CBSE curriculum and educational best practices. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Strong interpersonal and decision-making abilities.

Pay: ?80,000.00 - ?150,000.00 per month
