Position Overview:
The Vice Principal plays a key leadership role in supporting the Principal in the day-to-day operations of the school, with a focus on academic quality, teacher performance, student discipline, and curriculum implementation aligned with Cambridge IGCSE standards.

Qualifications & Experience:
Master's Degree in Education or related field.
Minimum 8-10 years of teaching experience, with at least 3 years in academic leadership.
Prior experience in Cambridge/IGCSE schools is mandatory.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to mentor teachers and manage student outcomes effectively.
Preferred:
Cambridge PDQ / CIE Leadership Training / Examination coordination experience.
Exposure to international school systems or multicultural environments.
