About Us:

Brain Discovery Global School is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Vice Principal to support the Principal in leading the school towards academic excellence and holistic student development. The Vice Principal will assist in managing day-to-day operations, supervising faculty, ensuring curriculum implementation, and maintaining discipline while fostering a positive and progressive school culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Principal in academic planning, administration, and execution of school policies Supervise daily operations, ensuring smooth functioning across all departments Support teacher recruitment, training, and performance evaluation Monitor classroom activities, teaching methodologies, and student progress Maintain discipline, safety, and overall welfare of students Coordinate with parents, staff, and management to build strong relationships Ensure compliance with educational regulations and curriculum standards (CBSE/ICSE) Lead extracurricular, cultural, and co-curricular programs for student development Act as acting Principal in the absence of the Principal

Qualifications & Requirements:

Master's Degree in Education or related field Minimum 7-8 years of teaching experience, with at least 2-3 years in an administrative/leadership role Strong knowledge of CBSE/ICSE curriculum and modern teaching methodologies Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to mentor teachers and inspire students Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
