We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and visionary
Vice Principal
to support the academic and administrative leadership of our school in Mundra. The ideal candidate will be passionate about education, strong in team management, and committed to fostering a positive, progressive, and inclusive school culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Principal in managing all academic and administrative functions of the school.
Supervise and support teaching staff to ensure high-quality instruction and learning outcomes.
Oversee curriculum implementation, assessments, and academic performance tracking.
Maintain discipline and ensure adherence to school policies and standards.
Coordinate co-curricular and extracurricular activities to promote holistic student development.
Handle parent communication, feedback, and engagement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with education board norms and school accreditation standards.
Lead teacher training, mentoring, and professional development programs.
Support the Principal in admissions, staffing, and overall school operations.
Qualifications & Experience:
Postgraduate degree in Education or relevant field (B.Ed./M.Ed. preferred).
Minimum
8-10 years of teaching experience
and at least
3 years in a leadership role
(as Headmistress, Coordinator, or Vice Principal).
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Proven ability to manage teams and implement academic improvement strategies.
Familiarity with CBSE/ICSE/State Board curriculum preferred.
