Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Principal in day-to-day school operations, academic planning, and strategic decision-making.
Supervise and support teaching staff in delivering high-quality instruction.
Coordinate curriculum implementation, assessment practices, and student performance tracking.
Handle discipline-related issues and support student welfare initiatives.
Conduct teacher evaluations and facilitate professional development programs.
Manage communication with parents, staff, and external stakeholders.
Oversee co-curricular and extracurricular programs to enhance student growth.
Ensure adherence to school policies, safety protocols, and educational standards.
Lead school events, assemblies, and administrative meetings as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) and Master's degree (M.A.) required.
4-5 years of relevant experience in school administration or leadership roles.
Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication and decision-making abilities.
Knowledge of modern pedagogical practices and school management systems.
