Role Overview
MS Creative School invites applications for the position of
Vice Principal
. The role involves supporting the Principal and Management in
overall academic and administrative functions
, ensuring effective teaching standards, disciplined operations, and smooth school management.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Principal in academic planning and school administration.
Supervise teaching and non-teaching staff; ensure discipline and punctuality.
Monitor classroom instruction, curriculum delivery, and assessments.
Coordinate timetables, examinations, admissions, and school activities.
Handle parent communication, student welfare, and grievance redressal.
Ensure compliance with school policies and board/statutory norms.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate / Post Graduate in any discipline.
B.Ed / M.Ed (Preffered)

Minimum
3-10 years of experience
in schools
Prior experience in academic or administrative leadership roles preferred.
Required Skills
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Sound knowledge of school academics and administration
Proficiency in MS Office and school ERP systems
