Vice Principal Roles & Responsibilities:

Support the Principal to plan and execute all matters related to the functioning of the school. Ensure academic excellence of the school. Oversee the academics of KG through Std XII. Lead student discipline, conduct investigations, and coordinate interventions or expulsions where necessary. Supervise, evaluate, mentor, and support teaching and non-teaching staff. Play an instructional leadership role,classroom observations, curriculum guidance, and teacher professional development. Initiate and implement new academic strategies. Implement academic guidelines issued by CBSE. Plan and Implement academic and co-curricular activities for the school. Manage all CBSE related work along with the Principal. Location : Jain International School Nagpur
