Vice Principal (Campus Head)
Reports to: COO/Founder
Role Purpose: Lead day-to-day academic & administrative operations of the campus.
Key Responsibilities (KRA):
Manage faculty, staff, and student affairs.
Ensure compliance with AICTE/UGC.
Build strong campus culture and student outcomes.
KPIs:
Campus audit compliance.
Student placement & retention metrics.
Faculty performance evaluation results.
Skills: Leadership, compliance, student engagement.
Qualifications: PhD/M.Tech + administrative experience.
Experience: 10-15 years, including principalship or HOD roles
