Vice Principal
to provide academic and administrative leadership. The ideal candidate should have strong teaching experience along with proven leadership as a High School Coordinator, and the ability to support the Principal in driving academic excellence and school operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Principal in overall academic planning, administration, and school management.
Oversee curriculum implementation as per CBSE guidelines and ensure academic standards are met.
Supervise and mentor teaching staff; conduct classroom observations and provide feedback.
Coordinate high school academic operations, examinations, timetables, and assessments.
Support teacher development programs and staff performance management.
Ensure discipline, student welfare, and a positive learning environment across the school.
Liaise with parents, teachers, and management to address academic and operational matters.
Monitor compliance with CBSE norms, policies, and school regulations.
Assist in planning school activities, events, and academic initiatives.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
MA or MSc
with
BEd (mandatory)
Minimum
5+ years of teaching experience
Minimum
5+ years of relevant experience as High School Coordinator
Strong knowledge of CBSE curriculum and academic processes
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage teams, multitask, and work collaboratively with management
