We are seeking a dynamic, dedicated, and experienced
Vice Principal to support the Principal in managing the school's academic operations.
The ideal candidate will be a strong instructional leader with excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills, capable of mentoring teachers and driving academic excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Principal in day-to-day school administration and operations.
Lead academic planning, implementation, and evaluation of curriculum and co-curricular programs.
Supervise and mentor teaching staff to ensure quality instruction and professional growth.
Monitor student performance, discipline, and overall well-being.
Facilitate effective parent communication and community engagement.
Oversee examinations, timetables, and academic reporting processes.
Support teacher recruitment, training, and appraisal.
Ensure compliance with educational policies, safety norms, and school standards.
Qualifications and Experience:
Master's Degree in Education or a related field.
B.Ed. mandatory.
Minimum 8-12 years of experience in teaching and academic coordination, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or administrative role.
Strong knowledge of curriculum frameworks and pedagogy.
Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
