In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining discipline in the school, along with the Principal in-charge. Besides, you will be coordinating with the teaching and non-teaching staff for the smooth functioning of the school operations.
In addition to your regular duties, you will be assisting the Principal in reviewing and deciding on the academic budget and school policies. You will also be a part of the onboarding committee when recruiting new staff. Moreover, you should be able to plan and organize school events and field trips.
In the absence of the Principal, you should be able to fill in the position. Your duties will include conducting parent-teacher meetings and directing various school gatherings. Your extensive experience in the educational field will prove beneficial in performing your duties.
