We are seeking an experienced Vice Principal to lead faculty teams, ensure high standards in teaching and assessment, and drive curriculum development. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a passion for education, and a commitment to academic excellence. Key responsibilities include evaluating teacher performance, organizing training, fostering school events, and maintaining strong communication with stakeholders.
Experience:
Minimum 10 years of experience.
Minimum Qualification -
Masters and B.ed

1. Work effectively with the Senior Management Team to promote the Vision, Values and Ethos of the school and represent School on various platforms.
2. Develop and improve the quality of education by promoting highest possible standards of education.
3. Create equality of opportunity, and an environment, which is conducive to excellence in learning.
4. Take responsibility for ensuring that teaching, learning and assessment standards are of high quality.
5. Provide strategic and operational leadership in curriculum development, planners' preparation, Question paper formation, notebooks and examination correction methodology, students performance monitoring, student progress and outcomes etc.
6. Continuous review and improvement of the school curriculum with the use of most modern tools and practices.
7. Evaluate teachers performance, lessons, planners, and take regular classroom observation.
8. Conduct training sessions for teachers.
9. Facilitate planning and organizing Special Days, Festivals, and Events etc.
10. Maintain healthy communication and develop good rapport with all stakeholders for the smooth functioning of the school.
11. Interact with parents at the time of Admissions.
12. Facilitate preparation and promotion of various all SOPs for academics. We handle digital marketing for admission inquiries and promotions. That's a crucial role in helping educational institutions reach potential students and promote their programs.
13. Conceptualize innovative ideas for uplifting school environment and be a part of all teams like marketing, admissions etc.
14. Handling Staff and Parental concerns.
