Hiring for the Vice Principal for the International School

Required Qualification & Experience:

Master's Degree with B.Ed/ M.Ed

Min 15-20 years of teaching experience, out of which Min 5 - 8 years as HM / Vice Principal (preferably ICSE/CBSE background)

Required skills:

Excellent Communication, Leadership, Efficient Management, Computer Knowledge,

Strong problem-solving, decision-making skills.

Job Responsibilities:

Assisting the Principal in all the areas of activities of school.

Should involve in classroom observations as and when required and discuss the same with the Principal.

Preparing and maintaining schedules of academic calendar and other activities.

Analyzing the results (Performance) of students in every assessment and exam.

To provide counselling and guidance to students regarding academic, personal and behavioral issues.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
