Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Principal in the overall administration and academic leadership of the school. Supervise day-to-day school operations, including staff coordination, discipline, and academic performance. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of teaching strategies and support faculty with professional development. Ensure adherence to academic standards, curriculum guidelines, and school policies. Manage student discipline and maintain a safe, inclusive, and productive learning environment. Coordinate examinations, timetables, and other school-wide programs. Liaise with parents, staff, and the community to build a positive and transparent school culture. Oversee administrative tasks including reports, scheduling, records, and compliance with education board regulations. Step in for the Principal when required and represent the school in official functions and inspections.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (Master's preferred). Minimum of

5 years of experience in educational leadership or teaching

, preferably in a senior or supervisory role. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively and foster a positive learning environment. Proficiency in English and Telugu is desirable.
