About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Vice Principal to support the Principal in managing the academic and administrative functions of the school. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong instructional leadership, effective people management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to maintaining high academic standards and a positive school culture.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Principal in providing academic and administrative leadership in line with CBSE guidelines.
Assist in effective implementation of the CBSE curriculum across all grades.
Supervise, mentor, and support teachers to ensure consistent and high-quality teaching practices.
Monitor lesson plans, classroom observations, assessments, and student academic progress.
Support initiatives related to school discipline, student welfare, and parent engagement.
Assist in preparing for CBSE audits, inspections, and compliance requirements.
Coordinate academic schedules, timetables, examinations, and school events.
Support admissions processes, student enrolment, and parent interactions as required.
Help implement school improvement plans and academic initiatives defined by the Principal.
Promote a collaborative, inclusive, and positive school environment among staff and students.
Requirements
Master's Degree with B.Ed (mandatory).
2-4 years in an academic leadership role (Senior Teacher / Academic Coordinator / Vice Principal).
Strong understanding of CBSE curriculum, assessment systems, and academic compliance.
Good communication, classroom supervision, and team coordination skills.
Ability to work closely with teachers, parents, students, and school leadership.
Strong organizational, follow-up, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in English is mandatory.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
