Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Principal in overall school administration and daily operations
Supervise academic planning, curriculum implementation, and teaching standards
Monitor teachers' performance and provide guidance and support
Maintain discipline and ensure a safe, positive school environment
Coordinate with teachers, students, parents, and staff
Oversee examinations, assessments, and academic records
Support staff recruitment, training, and development
Ensure compliance with education board policies and school regulations
Skills & Requirements:
B.Ed qualification is mandatory
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a leadership or senior teaching role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team
Knowledge of academic administration and school policies
