Qualification & Experience:

M.Sc. Nursing

from a recognized university.

Minimum 12 years of total professional experience

10 years of teaching

in a recognized nursing college. Must meet

Indian Nursing Council (INC)

State Nursing Council

eligibility norms for the post of Principal.

Roles & Responsibilities:

The Vice Principal will provide

visionary academic and administrative leadership

to ensure the highest standards of nursing education and institutional development. Key responsibilities include:

Overseeing

curriculum planning, academic scheduling, and evaluation

as per INC and university guidelines. Supervising

faculty performance

, promoting professional growth, and maintaining discipline and quality standards. Ensuring

compliance

with INC, State Nursing Council, and University regulations. Managing

institutional budgets, reports, and accreditation processes

effectively. Promoting

research, innovation, and continuous improvement

in teaching and clinical training. Coordinating

student welfare, clinical exposure, and community health initiatives

. Acting as a

liaison

between management, faculty, students, and external bodies to achieve institutional goals.
