Summary:
We are seeking an accomplished and visionary educational leader to serve as Principal in a prestigious CBSE-affiliated residential school. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of academic excellence, strong administrative acumen, and a passion for holistic student development. This role is pivotal in shaping the school's academic direction, fostering a culture of discipline and innovation, and ensuring alignment with CBSE standards. The Principal will play a central role in driving institutional growth, supporting faculty development, and maintaining strong community engagement, particularly with local stakeholders.
Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee all academic, administrative, and operational functions of the school. Ensure strict adherence to CBSE curriculum, guidelines, and assessment standards. Develop and implement strategic academic plans to enhance teaching quality and student outcomes. Mentor and support teaching staff through regular evaluations, professional development, and performance feedback. Foster a disciplined, inclusive, and student-centered learning environment. Serve as the primary liaison between the school, parents, and the local community, particularly in Telugu-speaking regions. Manage school finances, infrastructure, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Promote extracurricular activities, co-curricular programs, and student welfare initiatives.
Requirements

Master's Degree in Education or a related field, coupled with a B.Ed. qualification. Minimum of 9 years of experience as a Principal in a recognized CBSE school. Prior experience in a residential school setting is highly preferred. Fluency in Telugu for effective communication with local parents and stakeholders. Strong command of English, both spoken and written, for official correspondence and reporting. Proven leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills. Proficiency in computer applications and familiarity with CBSE policies and procedures. Age below 55 years.
