Key Responsibilities
Provide strong academic and administrative leadership to the school, ensuring excellence in education delivery.
Oversee curriculum planning, teaching methodologies, and adherence to CBSE guidelines.
Foster a culture of discipline, innovation, and academic excellence among students and staff.
Lead teacher recruitment, training, and professional development programs.
Manage day-to-day school operations, ensuring smooth coordination across departments.
Drive student performance improvement initiatives, extracurricular programs, and holistic development activities.
Establish strong communication and collaboration between staff, parents, and management.
Monitor compliance with CBSE norms, safety protocols, and institutional policies.
Represent the school at external forums, inspections, and community events.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 2+ years of experience as a
Vice Principal
in a CBSE school (up to Grade 12).
Strong academic background with a Master's degree with preferably M.Ed. or B. Ed.
Proven track record in school administration, academic leadership, and people management.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
