Saraswati Vidya Vihar is seeking an experienced and dedicated Vice Principal to lead the school's academic, administrative, and cultural development in alignment with its values and vision.
Responsibilities:
Provide academic leadership and ensure high standards of teaching and learning
Oversee school administration, staff management, and daily operations
Implement curriculum planning, evaluation, and continuous improvement
Maintain discipline, student welfare, and a positive school environment
Build strong relationships with parents, teachers, and management
Ensure compliance with educational board norms and policies
Requirements:
Post Graduate with B.Ed (mandatory)
Minimum 5-10 years of teaching experience, including leadership role
Strong leadership, communication, and administrative skills
Commitment to values-based and holistic education

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
