Vice Principal

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Principal in day-to-day academic and administrative operations. Oversee teaching and learning processes in Senior Secondary classes. Mentor and support teachers for effective CBSE Board exam preparation. Maintain discipline, ensure curriculum delivery, and drive academic performance. Actively handle classroom teaching in one of the core subjects (Maths, Physics, Chemistry, or Biology). Lead by example in managing both teaching responsibilities and leadership roles. Coordinate with parents, staff, and management to achieve the school's vision.

Eligibility Criteria:

Postgraduate with B.Ed/M.Ed in relevant discipline. Experience in

Senior Secondary CBSE curriculum

handling. Prior experience as

Vice Principal / Academic Coordinator

is highly preferred. Proven track record as a

Board-handling Teacher

in Maths, Physics, Chemistry, or Biology. Strong leadership, communication, and people-management skills.
