Ensure compliance of all marketing and promotional materials created in IRF from a medical accuracy standpoint and propose any changes required if it doesn't meet any legal or regulatory norms.
Conceptualize and conduct surveys or studies with inputs from the marketing team, targeting doctors to ensure understanding of the product and also collect information about target diseases.
In case of new product launches, conduct detailed review of the labels, artwork and claims to ensure adherence to regulatory and patient safety guidelines.
Participate in evaluation of new alliance partners and provide technical inputs on the product including the regulatory requirements for including the product in IRF portfolio.
Lead the review and approval of all medical and product related information communicated to customers through various channel including online / digital marketing tools and applications.
Create promotional materials, visual aids, etc. as required, while ensuring zero trademark violations.
Create guidelines on gifting policy of the company and oversee inspection and approval of any gifts offered to customers.
Lead meetings with KOLs to opine on issues and support product positioning by moderating the meetings, capturing inputs from participation and ensuring that objective of the meeting is getting fulfilled.
Oversee creation of training material for new product launches and provide sign off. Collaborate with the marketing team to conduct training programs at various locations. Handover material to training department and propose any modifications in material, as required.
Lead the field query resolution process and ensure accuracy of responses drafted by team. Communicate directly with doctors if required by providing clarifications and support depending on requirement.
Create a system for regular screening of any product related information and archiving the same for retrieval at a later point. Provide any information that could help the marketing team for product promotions.
Provide information required for external committee presentations for product approvals and participate in the meetings as required.precautions to be taken
