Job Location - Chandigarh

Qualification - M.Tech / PHD

SALARY - Not a Constraint for Right Talent

Experience - Min 18 Years

Age not more than 53 Years

- The ideal candidate should be a Doctorate in Chemistry, with Sound knowledge & experience of Polymer & formulation chemistry, surface chemistry and physical chemistry aspects that governs the stability of formulations. He should have hands on experience of developing conventional and contemporary formulations related to Packaging, paints, adhesive & ceramic industries.

- To carry out experiments in the Lab, compile results/ data. Discuss about how to proceed with next experiment/ stage of project.

- To work independently and lead a team of 8 to 9 formulation scientists on routine formulation development, formulation analysis and innovative/ complex formulation development.

- Should have Experience in conducting pilot scale and commercialization trials.

- To Support the Marketing team by recommending products in terms of chemistry and also developing new applications from the existing product portfolio available Support sales team.

- Should be competent to enable government Approvals & accreditations / certifications like NABL / DSIR.
