Head of Policy - VP
- Banking and Risk Management professional with experience in India across Retail banking asset products
- Experience in managing both business and risk areas of consumer and SME business segments
- Functional expertise: Credit Risk Management, Portfolio Management, Underwriting, Portfolio due diligence, Collection Strategy, Valuations, Product Development
- Risk Management expertise: Unsecured Business Loans to small and medium business, LAP (Loans against property), Home loans, Credit Cards, Personal Loans , Agricultural Lending and Lending against wealth products
- Develop Policy Framework for various product offerings
- Experience includes Priority Sector portfolio buyouts assessment
- Proven record of delivering portfolio performance with optimal risk return balance, Leading high performance team
