Job Description

( VP/GM- Marketing)

Reporting to one of the Directors' of the Company, the selected candidate will be a part of the Marketing & Brand Management Team and will be responsible for conceiving, planning, implementing and monitoring the Branding process and activities related to Advertisement, Promotion and Public Relations.

Key Result Areas:

- Provide relevant inputs into the annual marketing plan by conducting research, undertaking analysis and deriving inputs from the overall business strategy.

- Insuring that the firm has a well-designed and engaging website, with the firm's positioning strategy clearly showcased on the home page. Seeing that the website is constantly refreshed and updated with new information, examples, case studies, and current biographies.

- Develop and direct measurable, product, promotional, and cause-related marketing programs that tie back to brand strategy and business goals.

- Creating and maintaining an active social media program that serves as a content distribution network for the Organization. This includes developing and maintaining profile pages for the company and its key members on the major social networks and actively sharing appropriate news, information, and insights on social networks. Regularly reading and posting to appropriate blogs and publications. Fostering relationships with relevant bloggers and online publishers.

- Sponsoring, publishing, and publicizing proprietary studies that highlight the company's expertise. Showcasing the firm's intellectual capital on information-sharing sites like Slide share and Scribd. Packaging up and branding individual services and products in a way that allows the company to earn recurring revenues from its intellectual property.

- Formulate briefs for creative agencies to provide timely deliverables that endorse the company's brand and communication strategy.

- Overseeing an online search optimization program for the firm, including tagging content and identifying keywords to help optimize organic search.

- Measuring and refining the firm's online presence and social media footprint using online analytics tools.

- Lead a team to execute the full marketing and communication requirements which include; external communication, internal communication, website/digital communication, sales enablers, interior decor of offices (one face one image across the region), on-site signage, newsletters etc.

- Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results.

- Manage the marketing budget and share regular reconciliations and progress updates with the Management.

Qualification/Skills and Competencies:

- Bachelor's Degree in any stream from accredited College/University.

- Post-Graduation with MBA/PGDBM in Marketing.

- Excellent communication skills (Oral, Written and Presentation)

- Data/Analytic Skills

- Good negotiator with the ability to persuade

- Ability to keep pace in a deadline-driven environment.

- Proficient in working independently or as a part of a team

- Task oriented and self-driven.

- Innovative thinker and creative approach in problem solving.
