The Head of Execution should have Heavy Civil Construction which is plays a critical leadership role in managing the on-ground delivery of complex civil infrastructure projects such as hydroelectric dams, tunnels, metro rail systems, power stations, and water supply infrastructure. This individual is directly responsible for field execution, technical supervision, and timely mobilization of resources to ensure smooth progress of works aligned with project goals. Accountable for the overall project performance including scope, timelines, cost, risk, quality, and safety for civil-heavy water supply infrastructure projects. This includes driving project strategy, leading large execution teams, managing stakeholders, and ensuring alignment with SPML's business goals.

Site Execution Management
Lead and control all field-level activities including earthwork, excavation, pile driving, concreting, formwork, and structural RCC works. Drive daily progress, solve site-level constraints, and maintain technical compliance with project drawings and specifications.
Construction Planning and Sequencing
Define construction methods, work sequences, and priority activities based on critical path and site readiness. Integrate with project planning team to review schedules and optimize workflows.
Resource Mobilization
Plan and execute mobilization of skilled/unskilled manpower, plant & machinery, formwork systems, and tools & tackles. Coordinate logistics to meet aggressive site timelines.
Plant and Equipment Utilization
Supervise the allocation, installation, and working of major construction equipment like cranes, concrete batching plants, excavators, dumpers, boom placers, and scaffolding systems. Monitor utilization and resolve idle time.
Workforce Management
Deploy adequate manpower in sync with work front availability. Maintain labor productivity, resolve labor issues, and ensure compliance with safety norms, statutory requirements, and HR policies.
Subcontractor Control
Identify and onboard civil subcontractors and ensure strict adherence to quality, safety, and progress milestones. Conduct joint reviews and provide technical inputs as required.

Ensure timely availability of construction materials such as cement, steel, aggregates, and admixtures by coordinating with procurement. Manage material tracking and inventory at site.
Team Structuring and Supervision
Build and lead an efficient site execution team of engineers, foremen, quality and HSE personnel. Establish discipline, delegation, and reporting structures.
Construction Safety and Risk Management
Implement robust HSE practices at site, covering excavation safety, PPE compliance, work-at-height precautions, and emergency readiness. Lead incident investigations and implement preventive actions.
Quality Assurance and Technical Compliance
