Vice President (VP) - Interior Design / Construction

The Vice President (VP) is a senior executive responsible for driving company growth, overseeing multi-department operations, ensuring project excellence, and strengthening client relationships. The VP leads strategic planning, business development, financial performance, and operational efficiency across all interior design, construction, and turnkey project divisions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership & Business Growth

Develop and execute long-term business strategies. Identify new markets, partnerships, and revenue opportunities. Lead organizational planning, annual budgeting, and forecasting. Ensure alignment between company goals and project execution.

2. Operations & Project Management Oversight

Oversee design, project execution, procurement, sales, and site operations. Ensure all interior design and construction projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with high-quality standards. Implement process improvements, SOPs, and project monitoring systems. Coordinate with project managers and department heads for smooth workflow.

3. Client Relationship & Business Development

Build strong relationships with developers, architects, corporates, contractors, and key clients. Handle high-value negotiations, proposals, and contract closures. Ensure customer satisfaction and manage escalation issues.

4. Financial & Risk Management

Monitor P&L, project costing, margins, and cash flow. Approve major purchases, vendor contracts, and project budgets. Identify operational risks and implement risk-mitigation measures.

5. Leadership, People & Culture

Lead, mentor, and guide department heads and senior managers. Drive high-performance culture across design, sales, and execution teams. Recruit key leadership roles and oversee talent development. Encourage innovation, accountability, and teamwork.

Educational Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture / Interior Design / Civil Engineering MBA preferred (not mandatory) 10-20+ years of experience in Interior Design, Construction, Fit-out, or Turnkey projects Proven track record of business growth and team leadership

Pay: ?958,404.96 - ?2,000,000.00 per year
