Job Description

Position Purpose:

• To have extensive and deep knowledge on SEBI regulations with regards to all the DDP activities
• Should be able to work closely with SEBI, NSDL, Custodian committee and provide logical feedbacks in the interest of regulations.
• Have complete control on the activities performed by the team ensuring full adherence to regulations.

Responsibilities:

• To ensure timely issuance of FPI certificate with due adherence to SEBI, RBI and other applicable regulations and ensuring it is in compliance with internal policies and procedures
• To manage and govern all tasks relating to FPI registration and renewal.
• To communicate effectively with clients and resolve their queries to smoothen the FPI registration and renewal process.
• To update the clients with the information requested changes in the market by the regulators i.e. SEBI, RBI etc.
• To manage and govern required regulatory reporting and other ancillary activities as per extant rules and regulations
• As part of BI to hand hold the client from onboarding to go live status
• To guide and appraise the team in all extant regulations related to DDP
• To liase with all regulators and all stake holders to smoothen the registration process

• Good knowledge of Capital Market
• Well versed with DDP activities as per extant regulations
• Good connect with regulators like SEBI & RBI

Education Level: Bachelor's degree or equivalent (3 years)
