In the People Analytics & Insights team at Citigroup, we solve business problems with workforce and business data. We conduct analyses and use behavioral science to provide actionable insights and enable evidence-based decision making. Actionable insights lead to best decisions about people - individuals, teams, and organizations - to drive business performance.
The "Vice President, Talent Acquisition Analytics Partner" will act as a subject matter expert on talent acquisition data and lead analyses and reporting that utilize this data.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct analyses and provide recommendations for actions that will have the maximum impact
Partner with Talent Acquisition colleagues on the creation of metrics and their use in a variety of analyses
Collaborate closely with data scientists to identify the most impactful metrics, calculate those metrics and related thresholds, and design visualizations for sharing with larger audiences
Lead change management initiatives across Talent Acquisition and HR
Stay up to date on developments within the Talent Acquisition team and how changes impact the data
Provide expertise and insight on how to best use Talent Acquisition data in dashboards, models, and other analyses
Identify data patterns & trends and provide insights to enhance decision making capabilities
Gather data to measure the effectiveness of new initiatives and improve analyses going forward
Continuously improve processes and strategies by exploring and evaluating new data sources, tools, and capabilities
The ideal candidate will have:
Bachelors/University degree
Experience working in analytics in a global environment with complex data
Knowledge of Human Resources and Talent Acquisition data, terminology, and systems
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Strong analytical, problem solving, and project management skills
Knowledge of statistical analysis and techniques
