We\xe2\x80\x99re seeking a future team member for the role of Lead Manager, Source to Pay to join our Enterprise Sourcing Office team. This role is located in Pune, MH on a Hybrid mode.

In this role, you\xe2\x80\x99ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Responsible for ensuring all SLAs/KPIs in Source to Pay operations are green. Issues if any are clearly highlighted to Management and a path to green is developed and monitored.
  • Challenge status-quo and implement industry best practices to optimize processes. Facilitate key decisions through data and analysis.
  • Independently contribute to process improvement opportunities and support Team in the implementation of opportunities identified.
  • Provide oversight to all activities within Sourcing operations and ensure controls documented are operating effectively.
  • Devise and implement new processes/opportunities as per industry standards.
  • Independently lead discussions with senior stakeholders and contribute to the objective as required.
  • Ensure Self-Identified Issues or any Operational risk events are remediated and closed effectively.
  • Create goals and development plan for the team and work closely to identify training and coaching requirements for the group.
  • Review and Sign-off procedure documents.
  • Support in ad hoc implementation of initiatives to improve efficiency/effectiveness in the process.
  • Conduct performance reviews for the Team and provide timely feedback for improvement.
  • Ensure preparedness for both internal and external Audit.
To be successful in this role, we\xe2\x80\x99re seeking the following:

EDUCATION

Bachelor/Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Commerce/MBA (Finance) or equivalent combination of education and experience required

Any supply chain management certification is an added advantage

EXPERIENCE

12-14 years of total work experience preferred; knowledge of PeopleSoft/Oracle/Ivalua module and end to end source to pay operations including process transformation initiatives

Must have prior People Management experience.

Good understanding of control framework and how it impacts operations.

Strong understanding of latest Microsoft Office applications i.e., Word, PowerPoint, Excel

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
