Join our Global Security team as a Senior Security Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for leading physical security, executive protection, fraud management, investigations, crisis management, and intelligence in India, primarily in our Gurugram office. You will assist our Regional Director of Security with security expertise, strategic initiatives, risk identification, analysis, and mitigation across India and work as part of the Global Security team, working collaboratively with peers and colleagues to achieve organisational goals. In this role, your responsibilities include but are not limited to: Developing, implementing, maintaining, and overseeing operational security standards, protocols, and processes. Executive security and logistics support for senior Macquarie leadership traveling in India collaboratively with the broader team. Conducting and properly documenting investigations related to various internal and external matters. Leading and managing all security related issues and incidents in India including crisis management leadership, reviewing travel advice, security briefings. Identifying and testing technologies to improve processes and increase efficiencies. To be successful in this role, you will ideally have some of the following experience and skills: At least 12 years\' security management experience, with a law enforcement or military background and international experience is preferable. Previous experience conducting various levels of investigations and managing/conducting executive protection assignments, with the ability to work in a team and independently. Knowledge of cyber risk management, and strong written and verbal communication skills is essential to this role.
